Cancellation Policy
V|A Beauty House Booking & Cancellation Policy
At V|A Beauty House, each appointment is a curated, luxury experience with dedicated time reserved exclusively for you.
To maintain the integrity of our schedule and provide the highest level of service to all clients, the following policies are in place:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to secure all appointments over $300. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Card on File
A valid card is required to book. By booking, you authorize V|A Beauty House to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Communication
Timely responses regarding your service (consultations, color confirmations, etc.) are required to ensure proper preparation. Lack of communication may result in appointment adjustments or cancellation.
